ABC SUPPLY CO
As part of my internship at ABC Supply Co, I was assigned a project where I had to think of a ways to grow the myABCsupply app and site usage among my branch’s customers.

I came up with three strategies to grow the service.




IN-STORE SIGNAGE

Below you can see the mockup I created for a human-sized, cardboard phone displaying the apps UI to catch contractor’s attention.

Along-side the phone is a sign clearly stating the benefits in a concise manner.



The current in-store signage for myABCsupply is vague and uninspiring.


The updated signage is much more eye-catching and clearly explains the benefits.

SHORT-FORM SERIES

Below is the script I developed for a pilot episode in a short-form video series to promote the myABCsupply app.

The goal is to target younger contractors on social media because they are more likely to adopt new technology.

The series showcases how myABCsupply can make life easier for contractors by playing out common pain points and demonstrating how myABCsupply solves them.
MERCHANDISE

ABC hands out lots of free merch to customers. Whenever contractors come in, it’s the first thing they look at. So I decided to make some myABCsupply apparel.





The shirts would be exclusively for myABCsupply users to promote sign-ups.

And the hats would be free for anyone.
